Agreement to the Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change, and we may provide additional notice for material changes as described below.

Where additional terms apply to specific features (for example, beta programs or integrations), those terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those features.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by applicable law to use the Service (often at least 13 or higher). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate others, create accounts for abusive purposes, or sell or transfer your account without our permission.

License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with our policies and documentation.

You will not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law; use the Service to build a competing product; or access the Service through automated means (including scraping or harvesting) without our prior written consent, except for public search engines as we may allow in robots rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). To operate the Service, you grant Skyxeron a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create technical derivatives (such as transcoding or resizing) of User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except that: (a) reasonable backup copies may persist for a limited period; and (b) content shared with others may remain visible to them according to product behavior.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others; share intimate imagery without consent; or encourage self-harm or violence.
• Post illegal content, malware, or content intended to deceive or defraud users.
• Spam, manipulate metrics, or artificially amplify distribution in ways that degrade the experience.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; interfere with the Service; or probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the Service in violation of export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws.
• Collect or process personal data of other users without a lawful basis and appropriate notice, beyond what the Service is designed for.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. We may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other action we reasonably believe is necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to enforce these Terms and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by Skyxeron or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with the information described in our policies (including DMCA-style notices where applicable).

Third-party services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites or services. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Beta and changes

Features labeled beta or experimental may be incomplete or change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service; we will try to give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect you where practicable.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate or inappropriate outputs; you are responsible for how you use them.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYXERON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skyxeron and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where the product allows. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, license grants to the extent needed to operate residual copies, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for Skyxeron operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts or arbitration in the forum we specify (or your mandatory local venue if required by law) will apply.
