Careers at Skyxeron

We are building a thoughtful social platform—calm UX, real-time features, and Sky AI. If you care about craft, clarity, and community, we would love to hear from you.

How we work

Skyxeron is a small, focused team. We move quickly but we do not cut corners on security, accessibility, or respect for users. Collaboration happens in writing and in calls; we value ownership and honest feedback.

We welcome applications from experienced builders and sharp newcomers alike. What matters most is curiosity, reliability, and alignment with our mission.

What we look for

Craft

Attention to detail in code, design, and copy—especially on performance and readability.

Empathy

You think about real users: diverse devices, slow networks, and clear error states.

Integrity

You are direct, kind, and careful with data, privacy, and platform safety.

Teams & focus areas

We hire across several disciplines. Roles open and close over time—send a general application if you do not see an exact match.

Engineering

Backend (Laravel, APIs), frontend (modern JS/CSS), infrastructure, and reliability.

Product & design

Product thinking, UX/UI, research, and design systems that scale with the app.

Community & trust

Support, moderation workflows, policy, and helping users stay safe on the platform.

Hiring process

Our process is designed to be respectful of your time:

  1. You apply with a CV/resume and a short note on why Skyxeron interests you.
  2. We review applications and reply to shortlisted candidates within a few weeks.
  3. Intro call to align on role, ways of working, and expectations.
  4. Skills conversation or take-home task (role-dependent), then a final conversation with the team.
  5. Offer and onboarding—we share tools, security practices, and how we ship.

Open roles

We are always interested in exceptional people. If the right role is not listed yet, send a general application—we read every message.
