Hiring process
Our process is designed to be respectful of your time:
- You apply with a CV/resume and a short note on why Skyxeron interests you.
- We review applications and reply to shortlisted candidates within a few weeks.
- Intro call to align on role, ways of working, and expectations.
- Skills conversation or take-home task (role-dependent), then a final conversation with the team.
- Offer and onboarding—we share tools, security practices, and how we ship.
