Getting started
Create an account from the welcome page, confirm your email if required, and complete your profile (name, username, avatar). Your username is how others find and mention you.
The main feed shows posts from people you follow and community content depending on your settings. Use the navigation to open messages, notifications, explore, and your profile.
Account & profile
Update your profile photo, cover image, and bio from profile settings. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
If you forget your password, use the recovery flow on the login page. If you suspect someone else accessed your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
Posts & privacy
When you create a post, you can choose who can see it—such as public, friends only, or private—depending on what the app offers. Public posts may appear in search and explore.
You can react to posts and leave comments where enabled. Respectful conversation keeps the community healthy. Report content that breaks our rules.
Friends & connections
Send friend requests to people you know. You can accept or decline incoming requests. Removing a connection may limit what you each see, depending on privacy settings.
Messages
Direct messages let you chat one-to-one. Typing indicators and read states may appear depending on the feature. Do not use messages to harass others or send illegal content.
Stories
Stories are short updates that typically disappear after 24 hours. You can control who can view your stories where the product supports it.
Explore & search
Explore and search help you discover public posts and profiles. Results depend on what is public and what our systems index. Not all content may appear in search.
Notifications
You receive notifications for mentions, friend activity, messages, and other events. Adjust preferences in settings where available so you stay informed without noise.
Sky AI
Sky AI is an optional assistant where enabled by administrators. Responses may be imperfect—verify important information and do not share passwords or secrets in prompts.
Availability and limits can change. If Sky AI is off, you can still use the rest of the Service normally.
Safety & reporting
If you see abuse, spam, impersonation, or illegal content, use reporting tools in the app or contact our safety channel via the Contact page.
We investigate reports consistent with our policies. Serious threats or emergencies may require contacting local authorities—we are not a substitute for emergency services.
